Exchanges and Returns Policy
Right of Withdrawal
Under Decree-Law No. 24/2014, the customer has 14 consecutive days to exercise the right of withdrawal after receiving the order.

Return Conditions
For a return to be accepted:

the product must show no signs of use

it must retain its original packaging

it must include all accessories and certificates

it must be in resalable condition
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.
If the product shows signs of use, a proportional deduction may be applied to the refund amount.

Return Costs
Except in cases of defect or error on our part, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Return Shipping Risk
The customer assumes responsibility for the product until it is received at our facilities.
We are not responsible for returns that are lost, misplaced, or damaged during transport.

Refunds
After receiving and verifying the returned product, the refund will be issued within a maximum of 14 days.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

Anti-Fraud Clause
We reserve the right to refuse returns when the following are detected:

patterns of abusive returns
In situations of suspected fraud, we may refuse the refund and take the necessary legal measures.
